We use it in the doctor's office to alert the paramedic or nurse to come to a certain room when the doctor needs them. Works well and the price is AMAZING. And there are plenty of accessories for it, including an amplifier/repeater that allows it to operate over a longer distance. We bought a repeater and an additional watch. Other than that, the guide is a bit cryptic. It took about an hour to figure it out. You can program 3 buttons, each with different meanings. We have five transmitter units, one in each inspection room. It has been programmed so that each button on the module sends a different message: 1. Nurse Required 2. Paramedic Required 3. Emergency and of course the number of the room the module is in. It's a big office and it doesn't work. Good without repeaters. We plug the watch into the computer's USB port every night to charge it. All for less than $130!
