Review on πŸ“± Fintie Case for iPad Pro 12.9 (2nd Generation) 2017 / iPad Pro 12.9 (1st Generation) 2015 - [Honey Comb Series] Lightweight Anti Slip Kids Friendly Shockproof Silicone Protective Cover, Black by Scott Chen

Excellent protective rubber case with comfortable edges. If you want super thin this is not for you.

I bought two cases. This is for the home and the leather for work. I was concerned that the protrusions around the edges would be uncomfortable in the photos, but not really. In fact, now that I have these rounded edges, this case is very easy to handle. The corners are a bit thicker and given the way the lid wraps around it would be difficult to damage the tablet. It has these beautiful curved tunnels above the four speakers that push the sound forward. Being rubber does affect the sound a bit, but not having to put your hands under the speakers to hear anything is a real plus. Also, it doesn't bother to cover any part of the display since about 1/8 inch bezel is left on the side edges. This case has a much larger cutout for the home button, making it easy to use. Of course, it adds weight to an already heavy iPad. but with it you feel safe that you won't lose your grip and drop it. The raised lugs on the sides aren't bad and really help to hold the pad, but if they make a version without lugs maybe I'm with some texture In general, my iPad Pro 12.9 2015 stays at home in this case.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
