The rivet fell out after the fourth use.

This tool is the perfect size and function for a specific task that I need to repeat frequently. A colleague had a similar tool (different brand, same design) which I have used several times. Pros: size, feels good in the hand (I have a big sausage on my fingers), ratchet is great for "small steps" in tight spaces. The color coding of the bits is a nice touch. Cons: One of the rivets holding the thumb "switch" to change the direction of the ratchet just fell out during my fourth or fifth use of the tool. The tool kept working, but I couldn't find a way to fix it.
