This is a very good shower head that does the job. It should be noted that this head consists of three parts. 1) The shower head itself, 2) a 2.5 GPM water nymph that fits into the nozzle, and 3) a screen. pipe thread. I have a Purelux High Arc Long Reach shower extension which I also bought from Revain and it is good. The carving on the hand appears to be a standard size. Seeing extra threads won't be a problem for many, but if you're looking for visual perfection in this regard, you'll likely be disappointed. Note: The water nymph can be removed if you don't have enough pressure. First, because under federal law, all new showerheads must not exceed 2.5 gallons per minute.
