The team are very friendly & easy to work with! They were always available for questions or concerns that arose during our campaign run ins - they made it so simple by offering advice when needed without being too pushy about pushing their own products/services down your throat (which I think is sometimes seen as 'push' these days). We used them because we had heard great things from friends who worked there previously but didn't end up using any of those services ourselves due to budget constraints etc., however this did not affect my opinion negatively regarding working through HCP's sales process once engaged via initial chat conversation either way :) As mentioned above though if you're looking at engagement rates then yes go ahead otherwise don't waste everyone else's valuable resources going around different providers which will only lead nowhere anyway. Engagement rate was higher than expected given product quality / service offered vs price point compared against other options out therwee..
