I got one day free shipping on these bad boys (I ordered two), and so far I am a big fan! I got them for my husband who is unbelievably tight in his shoulders and back cause very bad migraine head aches. I figured this could be a good option apposed to spending hundreds of dollars on a regular massage outside of his regular adjustments.I used them after warming them in warm water and used coconut oil to help them glide on the skin nice. I had read a few people had trouble with them not moving freely enough, but I had already had it in my head to use the oil to prevent any friction on the skin. It worked perfectly! While my husband was a bit nervous at first (mostly that I would ask for him to return the favor) he found that it really did help and feel very good afterwards, but as anything only time will tell if this is the trick!I did get a bit of a calf massage myself as a thank you and I will say that it was much better then when he using just his hands, since he tends to pinch and it hurts. This was just nice even pressure gliding back and forth, removing a lot of the human error that regular massage from a partner can add. I would recommend these highly! I hope to see the long term effects for us both!
