So I bought this in the US at the start of the COVID-19 crisis. I'm a therapist working in close proximity to my clients and I wanted to have an air purifier that would kill the virus if someone came along. It is very easy to use, you take it out and you put it in. Although I didn't see many clients doing it and it was mostly telemedicine, I also had some interactions and didn't get sick. The device heats up from the top, so I know it's working. I will definitely keep this in my therapy room and have even enlisted some others to do the same.
