I have researched many coffee grinders and read MANY questions and comments about the products. The gentlemen presenting the product commented how useful it was to have a cup that could be removed to pour coffee without having to turn the whole device over. There are clear instructions for use. I don't run the grinder for more than 5 seconds at a time. It looks smooth and heavy on the counter. Suction cups on the bottom ensure stable grinding. My victory is that I found a quality coffee grinder at a reasonable price!
