The product arrived broken. There are no alternatives.

This item comes with broken clasps. It's also unsteady on its feet. When I tried to purchase a replacement I was told the only option was to return the item and then purchase again. I even tried calling Revain but they didn't send me a replacement and said I could redeem it after they refunded me the money. So basically I will wait about a week or more to get this item back. For an item over 100 euros, you will receive a replacement immediately if it is defective.
