Narrow with excellent arch support
Ordered 7.5 N. They fit pretty well. Next time I can be 8N so I have a little more room with swollen legs. I have great feet and high arches. They are perfectly narrow and have good arch support. I do a lot of dance cardio and turbo kickboxing. Lots of lateral movement. They keep my foot stable and the toe box is narrow enough so I don't slip. Pillow and support are enough to keep my knees from hurting. I recommend this shoe for heavy cardio.
