Don't buy the best in lighting and ceiling fans
I bought this item for my daughter's birthday and when she opened it yesterday December 19th it wasn't working. It was a gift she was so happy to receive and such a big disappointment! When I chose the option to send a replacement, I received a message that the item was not available for a replacement, only a refund. However, I still see this product being sold in stock by the same company.
