After ordering these glasses I was a bit disappointed that they were smaller than I expected. It was my fault, not the company. After trying them all on I felt like 2 pairs were not that snug and fit my face which didn't really matter but still put me off. In the end I was still happy with my purchase. A few days later I received an email from the company asking about my purchase and my opinion on the product. I wrote them with the same concerns I mentioned above. I didn't expect anything from them, like I said I was happy with my purchase. Consequently, after receiving my feedback, they sent another email apologizing for the 'broken' glasses. BUT, they went one step further and said they would send me new glasses. That's what I call great customer service! They support their product, initiate feedback with their customers, and fix "problems" even when they weren't expected.
