The best thing about this platform is that it has been used by many companies across different industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare etc., so there are lots of tools for you to choose from. It also allows you to do manual checks which can be quite time consuming if done manually. However, we have found out that they don't support other third party software like Salesforce or Zuora in their ecosystem. You cannot integrate with them at least today unless you build an integration yourself using REST API calls. They have some really good features but I would suggest taking a look at competing solutions first before making any decision. We use their service called "KYC Chain" to reduce our data collection efforts while increasing transparency into who is signing up for what products within our organization.
