Design flaws + Printed photos contain too much blue

I've wanted a portable photo printer for a long time and when I was offered the HP Sprocket I was hooked. Setup was easy - download application, connect via bluetooth. This is where the simplicity ends. After choosing the photo you want to print from your device, you have the option to edit it. I had a photo that needed some cropping and centering. This is where this product earned its first negative. You can only crop the photo and keep the aspect ratio. Unfortunately it doesn't work with this particular photo. So if we want to print it, I need to edit the photo on my device first. First strike. The second hit is that there is no option to update the camera roll in the app. My granddaughter sent me a photo to print. Since the app was already open before I saved the image to my device, I had to force quit the app and start over to see the image in my camera roll. The photo quality is triple. The photo I used to test the printer was a professional photo, so the colors were near perfect. The result is too much blue. Yes, the original photo has more blue tones than any other color, but even the skin and face came out with a blue cast. My general opinion is that it's probably good to print to your heart's content with frames and filters. But if you're looking for a photo that's at least halfway decent, this might not be the best choice.
