First of all I would like to say that this was my first IPL hair removal experience. I also think it's important to mention that I have fibromyalgia, which is a pain condition, so I was very concerned about how this process would go for me, but I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have any pain, just a Warmth/tingling sensation. after use (I recommend using an ice pack or cool towel if the feeling is too uncomfortable) but after a few seconds the feeling is completely gone! The device was easy to use, so it's definitely user-friendly (however, if you're new to this style of hair removal, I highly recommend reading the manual first to make sure you're using the right level for your skin tone, etc.). I really liked the case that came with it so everything can be stored together. My only downside/complaint is that the razor that comes with this set is very flimsy and the blade attachment keeps detaching from the handle so I would definitely recommend buying or using your own razor. Again this was my personal experience but overall I am very happy with this product and will continue to use it and look forward to future results.
