Well when I read reviews I tend to take the negative ones with a grain of salt unless there are a lot of them. There were only a few bad reviews. This plug will not work with a standard DSL or telephone line. This is the correct purchase width that will not snap the fork. That does not work! What a waste of money. I shouldn't be sending it back as it will probably cost the same or almost the same in shipping. I bought a DSL RJ 11 telephone on Ethernet RJ45. I should get it tomorrow and fingers crossed that it works.
