After I put it to the test, I was extremely disappointed. THE app is clunky, hard to navigate, and doesn't provide any helpful insights into my wellness. The one positive is that the device is adjustable to fit any wrist size. However, the quality is lacking and it feels like a cheap knockoff. Save your money and invest in a better product. This definitely does not live up to the "health and household" category..
