Review on Reflective Sheeting: 3M Micro Prismatic Innovation for Superior Visibility by Elijah Balzarini

I recently purchased Reflexite red and amber tape and was very impressed with its bright appearance and ease of use. That blue ribbon, unbranded as it is, isn't true. It's stiff and doesn't like to bend unless you have a decent amount of tape on either side of the bend to keep the edges down. You must be very careful not to peel off the white paper backing, only remove the clear backing. It's almost impossible to see any clear support at all. You might get lucky and delete that layer first, but don't count on it. I had to cut out new pieces several times because I hit the white backing, even though I knew it. The reflectivity is mediocre, far from that of Reflexite tape. I won't take it off to replace it until it comes loose on its own, but I won't be using it again either.
