(Original comment) I bought this product over the Christmas period to replace another speaker I had. The speaker came, worked for several days and then died. The sound wasn't what I expected either. I contacted customer service and they did a really good job of replacing the product. However, this new product does not work properly again. Excellent customer service, poor quality speakers. (Update) After I wrote my first comment, customer service contacted me again and tried to help me with the issue. In any case, the second speaker was not working properly most of the time with very poor sound and malfunctions (muting). They offered to send me another product but I live abroad now and they couldn't send me a new speaker. Returned the speaker. I can't change my product quality description because all the columns I have didn't work properly. However, they have excellent customer service.
