I love that it creates tasks based off of my calendar, which makes scheduling meetings very easy! It's also great to be able to create customized folders and sub-folders within our task lists as well. The ability to edit or delete individual items is really helpful. Sometimes when we have multiple people working on one project there are some overlap issues with how many projects we're trying to track. This has been fixed in their latest updates but was an issue at first. We've noticed a decrease in time spent managing client requests since using this tool.
