I've always loved these organizers
I've always loved these organizers but haven't been able to find them in stores for years. I use them in my cutlery drawer because preformed trays never have the right mix of space for me, and also in my desk and dresser drawers. As for the labels, I had no trouble removing them - I just gently tugged on one corner, then slowly tugged to the next corner and slowly pulled down the full width. If you try to pull it out, it will leave something behind.
