The picture was taken After adjustments were made on the bust and some of the skirt removed.I love the quality of the dress. however the bust area fits a lil loose. I will make necessary adjustments. I would recommend wearing this dress with a belt to bring out the flared bottom. Really good purchase. 5' 2" 120 lbs ordered a small should have gotten xs
