I would prefer to send this message directly to seller Revain and talk to him about it but as that is not an option I have to settle for it. Firstly the order was shipped quickly, received a day early and packed with 2 other orders which saved me time and money - nice. The gloves themselves make a very well-made and comfortable impression. Now for the not so good ones. Ordered medium and received small. It's not the fault of the fitters in the warehouse, since the average is on the outside of the package, but of the person who put the set of small ones in the middle bag in the first place. On the gloves themselves they appear to be well made, but the leather on the cuffs of the two gloves is so different that they don't match properly. Finally, there is rust on the leather from the ring that held the velcro in place, suggesting the plating isn't the best and this part will continue to rust over time. The cost and hassle for me to order a replacement is what puts me off. The little one fits so I guess I have to live with that but I expect better service and quality control considering this is a premium product.
