I've had a couple of ferrets in my life recently and I wanted to get one of the best and most famous cages for them. Love the fact you can add a cage and easy to order replacement parts. So far I and the little ones like this cage very much. For toddlers who are only a few months old, a single bed works well, but if two of them continue to grow I would definitely recommend a double bed or larger. I've had this cage for about 2 months now and all the plastics and shelves are holding up. The metal bars are strong, so even if one of my boys starts chewing restlessly on the cage, he or she won't get hurt. My only problem is keeping the floor around the cage clean. They like to throw food out of the cage, or if they aim too high at the litter it will fly straight out of the cage. I haven't found a Guardian for it yet, or at least one with good ratings.
