PS4 replaced XBox 360 as our primary gaming system. Consoles of different generations may prevent a valid comparison from being made, but the comparison will be made anyhow. After using a box that was cumbersome, noisy, and contained a massive network adaptor, Sonya is the epitome of perfection; she is silent, compact, and gorgeous. The contents of the menu can be accessed more easily than those of the box. It's a pleasure to play games online because the connection is quite stable. The joystick is cool, comfy, has a lighting, an output for a headphone, and a connection for a mini keyboard; however, the joystick's downside is that after a couple of hours of gameplay, it loses all of its charge and switches from wireless to wired, which may be rather unpleasant at times. I was unable to uncover any additional negatives after using it for six months. I won't be writing about how expensive video games are as some other people have. This is not something that I take into consideration to be a drawback because it is not something that purchasers of this console should be caught off guard by. Licensed games cost the same per box, and even on a personal computer, they are pricey, albeit less so than for consoles. I only buy games when there is a promotion available, and even brand new titles can occasionally be found on sale at a discount of sixty percent on the PlayStation Store. And for those who want to play for free, there are always "stitched" versions of the XBox 360 and PS3 available, which do not include online access or the most recent titles. Alternatively, gaming PCs may be purchased with online access (although it is unclear which option will be more cost effective). Personally, I renamed my "stitched" box to Sonya, and I couldn't be happier with the decision!
