Update: Many reviews mention that this webcam is great for the price. Keep in mind that the price has probably increased since the review. I didn't think it was worth 39.99. I'm returning this mainly because the ball bearing was completely missing, meaning I couldn't properly attach the camera to the base. I'm a teacher and I'm looking for a webcam for online lessons. I'm by no means an expert, but this camera isn't much better than the built-in camera in my Thinkpad x1 Yoga. (The picture with my hand on my chin is my built-in camera.) I will say that the camera is an improvement for more detailed backgrounds, not such close-ups. Teachers: Save money on a more expensive model or just stick with your built-in camera and premium phone for videos. (I will update 3 stars for a smooth return process.)
