I bought these on purpose as they are advertised as not having adhesive in the middle. Unfortunately, if you don't have someone patching for you, they're useless. The adhesive-free area is almost the same size as the sensor itself. Without careful application of the patch, the adhesive will stick to the transducer. The patch came off after a few days, but I couldn't remove it because it was securely attached to the sensor. My other patches have at least a quarter inch border on the sensor side for an adhesive-free area. I'd rather deal with paper covering my sensor than try to apply these patches accurately.
