Good place to stay with two main problems!

Case very well built, easy to use, looks very solid. It has an internal leak detector which I find minimally useful in my case as I use this case for an Olympus TG-5. The controls are pretty good, except for the jog wheel, which you have to press to make it work. Unfortunately, this cover has two main problems: First, it fogs up instantly in hot and humid weather, as well as in cold water. In fact, Seafrogs recommends using a special pump to remove hot, humid air (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08CDPLH4F/), see here: https://seafrogs.com.hk/blogs/ Problem : The VPS-100 website even says "WARNING! THIS ACCESSORIES IS NOT SUITABLE FOR UNDERWATER USE ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS! ANY ATTEMPT TO DO THIS COULD RESULT IN EQUIPMENT LOSS AND IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY!” Does this mean I can dive with the VPS-100 installed as long as I make sure to put the protective cap on the vacuum alarm system? If not, how do I reattach the original vacuum interface cover after venting the air from the inside without allowing air to re-enter? Looks like I spent $79 on a useless Vp-100 pump. Conclusion: Seafrogs doesn't offer any solution to this problem, except hacks like "Bring the case to the cooler" and others that don't really work. One solution would be to rip out the stupid leak alarm and just fill the chamber with cold water and only then put the TG-5 in. Second issue: Seafrog's customer support is a sad joke. They just sent you a standard company reply with no response and never replied to emails from customers. The same goes for Facebook groups. There is no help here either. So when you buy Seafrogs don't expect support anywhere, you're on your own! I will never buy another Seafrog product again but this one is "mostly good" and if you don't use it in hot and humid weather and cool weather it's a really good case but I regret buying it. It hasn't "saved" me any money compared to more expensive alternatives.
