Some people have complained of hiccups, pauses, and difficulty finding the perfect song. I experienced the same problem after loading it up with tunes. Gentlemen, please read the manual thoroughly: after the first use, hold the on/off button depressed for 8 seconds until the player reboots, and you will be completely satisfied.
