Okay, finally I've decided what to write. If I could give him a half start I would probably give him a 3.5. I sleep 100% on my stomach. I also tend to sleep on the edge of my pillow because I can't stand it arching around my face, I feel like I can't breathe. I usually wake up in the morning with severe neck and lower back pain that lasts all day. I received this pillow and have been using it for about a week. I still wake up with neck pain but it doesn't seem to last all day. I started the repetition because I realized that this pillow wasn't helping me. I went to use my old pillow and woke up with severe pain that lasted all day. So I went back to that. I still sleep on the edge of my pillow. This one doesn't inflate that much, I just don't like it. This pillow is pretty hard. So if you hate a hard pillow this is not for you. Overall, this eliminated some but not all of my efforts, so I'll keep using it for now until I find a better one.
