The right product for me, there were no problems.

Pros below: An excellent device, it was taken to replace the S9 +. The screen, the camera, the sound from the speakers - I like it. I chose between it and 20FE - with a small final difference in price, I won in terms of weight, dimensions, characteristics of the main camera and equipment (25W charging, headset). I cost 42500 through the official website of Samsung, with a 10% discount for a review of the previous phone and installment plan 0-0-36 from Amazon with repayment on the day of registration. Some cons: 1. We expected better autonomy, although, perhaps, the question is in the number of running applications. 2. On the second day of use, one earpiece of the standard headset fell apart (by the way, not bad, AKG . if it had not fallen apart). 3. Service is very bad. Further history. who is too lazy to read. :) I contacted technical support on whatsapp about the breakdown of the earpiece, sent a photo. Sent to a service center. I turned to MT Service (St. Petersburg, Marata, 12). Named the problem. Showed defect. Two employees said that they would change the headset, but they had to bring the actual device to them. When the phone was brought, the replacement was refused, as it was mechanical damage. When contacting the technical support chat again, it was said that: - yes, this is mechanical damage, which is a non-warranty case - yes, the service center "needed a phone for diagnostics" (so that they could refuse the warranty for the above reason) Questions arise: - why they didn’t tell about this at the first contact with the technical support chat - why was this not mentioned at the first visit to the service center (technical support response - "this information is contained in the warranty card, the employees were not required to notify, and the client probably did not ask") - why, in violation of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, a quality check was not carried out and, if necessary, an examination of the causes of the malfunction In general, the optimization of expenses for the replacement of a penny accessory to the device for fifty thousand is impressive.
