The fabric is not what I expected
The scarf is overall pretty but the fabric feels more casual than elegant despite the rhinestones. I will keep it because I like it but it doesn't go with my dress as much as chiffon. The color is a lighter navy blue that goes better with the color of my dress, but the fabric doesn't seem elegant enough to me. The chiffon I bought is a darker navy blue but the chiffon is sheer enough that I can take it off and it also looks more evening.
