Fixed Oculus Rift S power failure issue

I bought this card because my Oculus Rift S was turning off and a common cause was insufficient power. This solved that problem - no more disconnects. Installing on my HP Omen 880 running Windows 10 Pro was easy. Simply plug into a free PCIe slot and plug in the power cable. It worked as soon as I turned on the power. I didn't have to install any drivers. The Y-cables that came with the card were too short to reach any of my exposed power connectors, so I had to order an extension cord. I don't know how common this problem is. It may be worth including an extension cord, even if it increases the price a bit.
