This is a great mirror and I have used it on my eyebrows before - I've had good experiences and can say I will be using it in the future. Requires 4 AAA batteries, not included. I've provided photos of the light off and compared it to the size of my hand - brightest light is on - button (press once and turn off. Hold to decrease or increase brightness) and opening instructions to insert batteries. I got it for Christmas and am very happy with it.
