I live full time in a converted Skoolie--(short-bus); and every subject that exists here beside me must pass the litmus test. Is it multifunctional? is it broken Is it a space saver? This Ecozoi bamboo cutting board passed the test with flying colours! It has small storage compartments (dishes in my case); and a small box for waste (vegetable peelings in my case). I don't just use this board for cooking; But it's perfect for my mini counter that I work at, so I also use it as a laptop stand. It keeps great under my counter when not in use (when I'm driving). I was surprised at how handsome he is; The workmanship is great and the bamboo is amazing. I use it every day and to say I love this product would be an understatement.
