Much better than what you find in a pharmacy, but I like the little knife that comes separately the most. I would buy it just for that. I have the worst legs from psoriasis and arthritis and had to see a doctor early. Get rid of calluses on your feet. This knife is very similar to what they use. It doesn't seem that sharp, but it is very sharp, so be very careful. These articles are the real deal.
