Review on 🔲 Off White Phenolic Opaque Sheet - Optimal Thickness and Length by Edwin White

I needed something to restore my cockpit sun visors on my 1985 Toyota pickup. The frames were metal, but the material used by Toyota at the time. was styrofoam. center and vinyl cover outside. Mine still worked and were protected from the sun, but they sagged and looked worn and old. I separated them in metal wire and cut this product to fit the metal frame, then drilled holes around the rim and attached it to the metal frame with thin wire. I covered them with fabric. This product should not bend or warp even when exposed to strong sunlight through the windshield, most likely it will last longer than the truck itself. Cut east with a sharp saw, keep wet when cutting to avoid dust flying around, be careful!
