I see! Too good.

These have been very good bulbs on my 13 JKU Rubi so far, although I wouldn't use them with standard 16ga wiring. With PWM you won't even come close to realizing their full potential because of the voltage and current limitations. I switched to Hella Vision plus housings which made a huge difference with the included H4 bulb and standard wiring. For this you need an H13-H4 pigtail. I then installed the upgraded wiring harness and installed 100/80's in the Hella cases. At low levels these things now cut through the dark like a sunrise and with the Hella covers the light is focused with good confinement so I don't blind traffic. In high beam they throw further than I can see. Even with the PWM light flicker issue, the difference is glaring since I haven't installed the capacitor yet. Yes, you need anti-flicker protection when upgrading the wiring harness as PWM will interfere with the load relay required to deliver full current to higher wattage lamps. They blink just like LEDs because the relays are switching on and off so quickly it sounds like a bee buzzing. Hopefully my second anti-flicker order will be in tomorrow as my first order was from an "overseas" supplier with over a month left. The bugs are coming miles away and it sounds like I'm going through a downpour. I had to take a liter of washer fluid with me as I walk so much these days. Edit 1.0 - I have some hard anti flicker and I think the more stable current really brought those 100/80s to life. The hum of the relay was immediately eliminated. I removed them and reinstalled the factory Hella bulbs. With the updated suspension and rigid anti-reflective coating installed, they were too light to drive on the freeway. My god, they got warm! By the way, despite the improved wiring, I was afraid of melting something. I couldn't touch the Hella glass reflectors without pain. I was lucky to switch back because those wide open bulbs burned the ground socket on my H4 ceramic plug after a 30 minute road test. The standard bulbs with upgrades give me more than enough light, and while these 100/80s produce incredible light under the right connection conditions, they've had to be discarded. Also, now I don't have to worry as much about the Mr. DOT officer greeting me. If I ever run the Baha in my Jeep I'll reinstall it with even stronger, upgraded wiring, but for now they're just gathering dust on the shelf.
