This is a review of Type 2 flat lights. I don't know how bright 1500 lumens are, but I contend these lights are amazingly bright. I immediately checked each block for dead LEDs and found none. My only complaint is that the small metal brackets don't wrap around the body of the light and I don't think they will hold up in a moving vehicle so I used the included double sided tape. (The brackets are for style 1 lights.) Conclusion: Definitely good value for money.
