Write review for SECOND order (as pictured) - My first order was perfect, easy to install. It's a bit brittle as I accidentally broke the first screen, but the second was fine once I got the hang of it. The second order arrived completely damaged on both screens. it was new! I am a little confused. Then I go through the exchange steps and they want me to return the item. This is already damage and I had photo proof (the backing was never removed either). I will give this brand another chance but I am mostly disappointed with the product return.
