I decided to buy this twin din for my 3rd gen 4Runner after seeing the review from another 4Runner owner, it was quite a big upgrade, um upgrading the interior of my 97 inch toyota. All the features work great except this device doesn't support mirroring on my iPhone 11 as it's too new a phone which is unfortunate but not the most important thing otherwise I would have bought another device. I bought this unit basically to have access to Apple CarPlay and so far it has worked well with my iPhone 11. It was easy to hook up the wiring using the diagram that came with it and I googled my car radio diagram to make sure that I have assigned the correct cables. The sound quality isn't the best, as you'd expect, but it produces a lot more bass than the Pioneer unit I previously installed. I installed a subwoofer and had to turn down the bass a bit after installing this stereo. Navigation lags a bit when trying to view a map with your main device, but when following directions to a specific location it doesn't seem laggy at all. I think it could be a problem with my GPS antenna. The fit was good except I had to modify the mounting brackets a bit by adding washers behind a long screw to make the unit flush with the dash. The rear camera was the hardest to install but it's a great feature as I have tinted the windows, it's hard to see when reversing at night but the rear camera helps A LOT. It's a good device if you want navigation and Apple CarPlay or Bluetooth, but if you're looking for something different I'd consider a better device.
