Oops I can't believe it's Kais
I love Kais and have a fantastic pair of their professional line of Serrated Scissors (K7240-AS). They cut everything perfectly, from silk to Kevlar. I've wanted these scissors to replace another brand for a long time. The Kai scissors design is a good size and weight but gives a very rough/twitchy closure. Knot two or three times and stop, close the scissors. It appears that they were not properly sharpened and/or not deburred. I'm pretty disappointed. It's hard to understand how they passed quality control.
