Can't get the fastening system to work but the fabric is fantastic

I have waist length hair that absorbs water and I'm always looking for new and better ways to dry it (as I don't blow dry it other than myself cold winter). The fabric on this towel is very thin - imagine the texture of opaque pantyhose, but less stretchy - and you definitely don't expect it to barely absorb water, but it does. For my hair at least, this fabric works even better than classic microfiber and is comparable to an Aquis towel, but it's lighter so you don't feel like you have to balance to keep it on your head. . It transforms my hair from "still dripping after soaking all four corners of my bath towel" to "just wet without wetting my shirt collar" quickly and without dripping through the towel itself. Since I don't blow dry my hair I can't tell if it's dry enough to use on all those who blow dry their hair, but it's what I need in a towel. I had no luck. The bow and button closure worked, but I managed to fold my hair and towel into a cinnamon bun at the back of my head and pin the end of the curl to my hairline with the stylist's platypus clip, and that was enough. good enough for me. Maybe the loop closure is clumsy, maybe I'm clumsy, I can't tell, but as long as I can close it somehow, I'm fine. I also like that this towel is larger than most others I've tried, allowing more water to spread over the surface and not leaving the ends of my hair exposed like others do. (When I use shaped turbans I have to fold my hair into a ponytail.) I can't tell how this reduces frizz as my hair is no more than 1c (basically just volume with a few loose waves visible depending how it was). handled) but I have a lot of baby hair and other hair that doesn't match my head length and this towel doesn't seem to make it worse.? So that probably means it would be ok for curly hair I guess? Overall, it's not (certainly) a miracle device as they describe it, but I think it's definitely worth the money. And it's similar to the cooling towel fabrics I've used before, so I suppose if you bought it and didn't like it for your hair you could easily use it as a gym/cooling towel or scarf.
