Can't get the fastening system to work but the fabric is fantastic

I have waist length hair that absorbs water and I'm always looking for new and better ways to dry it (as I don't blow dry it other than myself cold winter). The fabric on this towel is very thin - imagine the texture of opaque pantyhose, but less stretchy - and you definitely don't expect it to barely absorb water, but it does. For my hair at least, this fabric works even better than classic microfiber and is comparable to an Aquis towel, but it's lighter so you don't feel like you have to…

I LOVE this towel!

I have nice shoulder length curls 2C-3B. I saw this towel used and recommended in a CortReport video about 9 months ago. I loved how soft her curls have gotten and decided to order ThePerfectTowel for myself. And i love it! I will never use another terry bath towel or hair towel again! After shampooing, while my hair is wet, I drape it over my shoulders to protect my neck/shoulders from all the styling products I put on my hair. Works well and absolutely amazing customer service!

A month later I LOVE this towel. I plan to buy more for my kids! Edited to add: Without contacting the company, they quickly sent a replacement. I order A LOT from online stores and this has been the best customer service I have ever experienced. As a former customer service representative, I would recommend this product due to the company's concern for its customers. I will update again in a month to see how this product holds up. This product works well. I especially like it for micro cotton.

I really wanted to love it but. Not by me

I've been looking for a great alternative to t-shirts because wrapping and tying can be a nuisance and clumsy. I saw a post from a curly hair influencer about this towel and decided to give it a try. First of all, this thing gives you a headache from the first minute. You have to soak it overnight, then wash it and then it is ready to use. A lot of work for a hair towel!
