A month later I LOVE this towel. I plan to buy more for my kids! Edited to add: Without contacting the company, they quickly sent a replacement. I order A LOT from online stores and this has been the best customer service I have ever experienced. As a former customer service representative, I would recommend this product due to the company's concern for its customers. I will update again in a month to see how this product holds up. This product works well. I especially like it for micro cotton. While I personally get better results with a cotton t-shirt for curls, it looks a lot more stylish and holds up a lot better when I'm chasing the kids. However, after using this product for less than a month, the entire cord on the back of the towel came undone when I tried to put it on. I only hand washed the towel and hung it out to dry so it wouldn't come out of the washing machine. It was on the 5th, maybe 6th use when it broke. I held the line and slid the plastic device down to secure it so I didn't have to pull the line. I'm disappointed because without a cord, the material doesn't hold up well due to the slipperiness and slips off easily. I don't know if I got lucky but I feel like it was a waste of money and I don't think it's worth the money due to the lack of quality to ensure the clasp stays attached.
