Whoever said this keyboard and mouse wasn't made for gaming doesn't have too many wireless keyboards and mice! This is by far the best wireless keyboard and mouse I have ever owned. As I write this review, I'm sitting in my living room with the lights off, and with the backlight on, I can see every key perfectly. So here I am in the dark, just typing on my new backlit keyboard. (laughs)! Now that I first got my new backlit keyboard and mouse, I noticed what appeared to be a smaller USB charging port on the front of the mouse. So I tried to connect my USB cable to this mouse port, but the USB cable was too big to fit in this mouse port, so I'm sitting here thinking (MICRO USB CONNECTION) it's MICRO USB A COMPOUND, that is half the size. Regular USB port. Now I know for sure this is the mouse charging port because my other wireless gaming mouse and wireless keyboard have the exact same port on the front of the mouse, the only difference is that the USB port is a standard standard size . To see if Staples has a MICRO USB cable. And Staples says (yes we do). Just make sure the mouse fits the Micro USB cable as there are different sizes and shapes so we need to match the mouse in question to the correct MICRO USB cable. It's less of a USB connector and more of a rubber surrounding a micro-metal USB strip that plugs into the charging adapter. If you go my way and buy a micro usb charging cable YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR NEW MOUSE WITH YOU OR YOU CAN END YOUR SECOND VISIT TO THE STORE! Now it's a matter of making sure that both the backlit keyboard and the mouse have the same loading time. When the mouse is charging (RED LIGHT), the scroll wheel will light up, and when the mouse has finished charging, (RED LIGHT ON SCROLL WHEEL will turn off). The amount of time during which the keyboard! I didn't want my keyboard and mouse to lose power at different times, ESPECIALLY AFTER AN AIR COMBAT IN MY SPACESHIP! That was the whole point of the lesson on different USB chargers! StarShips and my avatars: Yes, I'm an extreme gamer! I play Star Trek Online, World of Warcraft, and a few others, so trust me, I know my game computer, game keyboard, and mouse a little better than most operators. I cannot stress enough how the seller of this backlit keyboard and mouse gave me such excellent service by keeping their promise of their first class next day service when another so called main seller lied to me and didn't even send me their item . And getting such an AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING Back Lite keyboard and mouse is simply Heaven Electronics. I have a very nice computer with the latest (laughs) SSD DRIVES everything, you just won't find a great backlit keyboard and mouse like this on the internet until I find this one! I thank the seller Sosee and thank Revain! My computer system is now complete! Oh and yes, I sat and still sit in a pitch black living room as I said at the beginning of this review to check the backlight (left - blue) (middle - red) (number pad - green)! Eye fatigue etc. Everything about my eyes is perfectly normal! Sorry for the very long review! I just wanted people to share their feelings about this product! UPDATE: 4/10/2019 :::: I love this backlit keyboard and mouse so much I bought a second set. The second set will be on my doorstep tomorrow, Thursday, April 11th, 2019. Now if I lose track of time and my first backlit keyboard and mouse lose charge, as I often do when I enter a game and lose track of time, I have a second backlit keyboard and mouse as a backup. Just unplug one, charge it and use the other to connect my keyboard and mouse to my computer and I'm ready for another round of gaming. I have so many USB ports on my computer that I could probably connect five sets of these backlit keyboards and mice! (Laugh). But with my other gaming keyboard and mouse, two is enough and they're all wireless! (laughs) UPDATE: 4/30/2019 OOPS My mouse just broke the scroll wheel that doesn't scroll! And the USB cable doesn't come out of the mouse! Revain just refunded my money. I will buy this keyboard and mouse again! I really like this product! When I bought this keyboard and mouse, I bought two. One as a backup in case one fails. Glad I did! The second keyboard and mouse work without problems. This keyboard and mouse is great for people like me who are disabled with nerve damage in their hands and almost 100% of their body! I don't blame anyone for having a bad mouse. That's the nature of electronics. Sometimes you get really good results and sometimes you get really bad results. This has always been the case for many years. I'm so experienced with computers and electronics that I know I should always have a backup on hand because sooner or later one of them will fail! Such is the nature of the beast of electronics! giggle
