The best thing about this product has been that I am able to have the ability to see what my customers receive when they send their invoices out each month without me having too much paper work or time wasted sending them in an excel file format which takes forever! There needs more training if it's not very easy at first because there isn't any instructions as far as how things go into the system so maybe add some tips here? Have less problems with mistakes being made like adding something incorrect instead of just deleting it from where its supposed to be. This software makes sure everything goes through smoothly, especially since we don’t get many errors coming back up anymore. We can easily track anything sent by customer for us to process it properly now. It saves money also because no employees need to take extra steps.
