I love how easy it is to use, very intuitive platform for all our marketing needs (we have multiple teams within one department).
There are some quirks with importing data from other systems but they're working towards fixing this issue soon as well which will be great!! The support team has been able fix any issues we came across at short notice when needed too. We don't currently see anything specific about custellence and would recommend anyone considering using customer journeys or CRM software should look thoroughly through their offering before deciding if there's more suitable options available now/in future. Our current Customer Journey management tool allows us to easily keep track of what customers do once onboarded via an email campaign - whether that’s clicking links etc., completing surveys online / offline or downloading files off Dropbox directly onto their mobile phone; This saves admin time spent having conversations internally re-engaging clients who may not always pick up emails sent out over say Xmas period due.
