Review on Turbo Energizing Cleanser by Jack Black by Celeste Pagtama

Shipping 33oz without a protective cap is a really bad idea. I ordered this directly from Jack Black so I was hoping for a better experience. I expect perfection from a $50 luxury product. I contacted support and they offered a sample kit. For real? I get free samples everywhere. Solve delivery problems! I don't understand why they don't cap the bottle like everyone else? It's a great product but it's very expensive and for that amount I would expect at least a decent box.
