My usual search for shirts with sleeves long enough to fit me always ends up choosing XXXXXL shirts, which look like sacks of potatoes on people of the right proportions. Luckily, Buttoned Down recognizes that there is a market for tall people with really healthy weights, and "tall" doesn't mean 300 pounds and fat! The quality is excellent, the fit perfect. This will be my favorite brand from now on.
